Paul Ainscough
Paul is the founder and inspiration behind Fiducia. As a senior manager with over twenty years experience of working in private
industry, the public and charity sectors, as well as being a director of a property company, he understands what makes a difference to individuals and organisations. It is about having the confidence and the ambition to realise your goals.
He holds a Masters degree in public transport management and has attended Warwick University Business School. He holds a
Certificate in Personal Coaching and is a certified member of the International Coach Federation, so he is well placed to help you solve your problems and build on your success.
Throughout his career, Paul has recognised the value of personal and business coaching and now works with individuals and
small and medium sized enterprises to realise their potential through professional coaching.

Matt Dermery
Matt is one of the founding directors of ThinkingSpace UK. Matt combines his coaching skills and training with over 15 years
of management experience. In the course of his career, Matt has successfully coached, led and developed teams of
between 5 and 45 people across Sales, Finance and Operations functions, in companies such as Lotus, IBM, Unigate & Magirus.
Matt would describe his coaching and management style as facilitating the success of others through a blend of
inspiration, encouragement, enablement and accountability. A keen advocate in the works of Nancy Kline, John Whitmore,
Kouzes & Posner and Ken Robinson, Matt would describe himself as a positive, engaging, optimist, confident in the potential
of people and the opportunities for growth and success that can be delivered through effective coaching and mentoring.
When he's not helping organisations and individuals to "Realise their Potential", Matt is a keen cyclist, mountain biker and golfer,
with a passion for good food & wine, music and travel. Matt is also an ICF certified coach and a qualified management
accountant (ACMA).
