Fiducia specialises in coaching individuals and managers to make the most of their lives and careers. It is amazing how many people re-connect with ealier ambitions or develop the things that mean to most to them.

How we deliver

If you are interested in being coached or simply curious about the coaching journey we will spend half an hour usually by telephone discussing your requirements. This conversation is free of charge and there is no pressure to book any sessions with us. Professional coaching cannot work without mutual trust and understanding and we follow the International Coach Federation's Code of Conduct. A link to the ICF website is provided should you require further information.

You will work with a coach to realise your potential through a number of goals that you will decide for yourself. This is because the coaching journey is about you and your needs not the coaches. Your coach will act as a guide so that you can set one or two key goals and targets. Your coach will also analyse what you need and monitor your progress towards your goals. The third aim of the coach is to keep you positive and achieve your goal.

The process usually takes three months, which usually means a commitment to six one-hour sessions and may include email support between meetings.

In a business environment coaching is a way to enhance performance. Managers that adopt a coaching approach generally see greater commitment to training and learning. staff become more self directed, more accountable, friendlier and trusting. There is often less conflict and enhanced co-operation towards customer service. We can offer bespoke solutions for business leaders. 

If other support is required, for example, training, mentoring or career guidance  or HR support then we can up together a bespoke package that meets your requirements.

How much does it cost?

You will initially receive a half hour consultation so that we can learn about your personal or business needs. If you require services other than coaching then we will advise you which of our associates can best support you. There is no charge for this service or for any initial half hour consultation with one of our associates.

We offer competitive rates that are in line with professional coaches. The fees of our associates may vary however; you will be advised in advance of all the fees. We feel that this helps build a positive relationship between you, as the client and ourselves as mutual trust and confidence is central to our programme of support and guidance.
